Power Prompt enforces robust authentication controls to safeguard accounts, proprietary prompt assets, and connected AI model credentials.

Signing In to Power Prompt

Navigate to the sign-in URL of your Power Prompt instance.
Enter your registered corporate email address.
Provide your password and click Sign In.
If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is active on your profile or mandated by your organisation, enter the 6-digit one-time code generated by your authenticator app.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides a critical defense against credential compromise:

Organisation-Wide Enforcement: Enterprise organisations can mandate MFA for all active members as part of their compliance baseline.
Role-Based Enforcement: Elevated roles (Platform Administrators, Organisation Managers, Team Managers) must maintain active MFA.
User-Level Activation: Any individual user can independently enable MFA from their personal profile settings.

Power Prompt supports industry-standard TOTP authenticator applications, including Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, and Bitwarden.

Password Recovery

If you lose or forget your password:

On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?.
Enter your registered email address.
Open the password reset email delivered to your inbox.
Click the secure, time-limited single-use link.
Enter a new, compliant password and submit.

Session Timeouts and Account Lockout

To protect enterprise data across shared or unattended workstations:

Inactivity Session Expiration: Following a prolonged period of inactivity, the session expires and requires re-authentication.
Brute-Force Protection: Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple consecutive failed authentication attempts.
Complexity Policies: Passwords must meet organisational standards regarding character length, diversity, and absence from compromised credential registries.
