Prompt Template Catalogue

The Template Catalogue provides a comprehensive library of production-ready prompts designed in accordance with enterprise prompt engineering best practices, accelerating generative AI adoption across all business departments.

1. A Repository of 4,000 Enterprise Templates

The Power Prompt platform natively incorporates a central catalogue of 4,000 prompt templates, featuring complete bilingual parity:

  • 2,000 templates in English
  • 2,000 templates in French

These templates address essential organisational workflows across core disciplines:

  • Human Resources: Job descriptions, performance review grids, competency development plans, internal communications.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead qualification, commercial pitch preparation, objection handling, personalised follow-up sequences.
  • Marketing & Communications: Content drafting, campaign briefs, editorial guidelines, competitive syntheses.
  • Customer Support: Ticket triage, incident qualification, empathetic customer communications, structured troubleshooting guides.
  • Finance, Operations & Legal: Financial ratio interpretations, contract clause audits, budgetary planning notes.

2. Exploring and Searching the Catalogue

To explore the template library:

  1. In the main left navigation bar, select Modèles (Templates).
  2. Use the search bar to locate specific topics or prompt styles.
  3. Filter by department or category to narrow down your selection.
  4. Select any template card to view its full details:
    • Structured prompt instructions.
    • Embedded dynamic variable placeholders {{...}}.
    • Stated business objectives and expected sample outputs.

3. Instantiating a Template in Your Workspace

Templates in the central catalogue serve as master blueprints. To use a template operationally and customise it for your team:

  1. On the template detail view, click Utiliser ce modèle (Use This Template).
  2. Choose your destination Workspace and the appropriate category / folder.
  3. Power Prompt instantly creates an autonomous copy of the prompt inside your Mes prompts library.
  4. You can freely adapt its instructions, fill in variables, adjust tone, or publish version increments without modifying the original central blueprint.

4. Governance and Customisation: SaaS vs On-Premise

The administration of the template catalogue depends on your deployment tier:

  • Public SaaS Deployment: The 4,000 template library is a managed global repository curated and maintained by Power Prompt. All platform users can browse, test, and import these blueprints into their workspaces. Direct alteration of the central repository is not permitted.
  • On-Premise and Private Cloud Deployments: Only Platform Administrators possess permissions to configure, edit, unpublish, or add templates to the central catalogue. This enables organisations running Power Prompt in self-hosted environments to embed proprietary frameworks, internal compliance mandates, and role-specific prompting standards.
