Personal Account Setup

The Power Prompt personal account is designed for professionals, consultants, researchers, trainers, and individual users seeking to centralise, structure, refine, and reuse their prompts within a dedicated environment.

No team configuration or advanced administration is required to start using the platform.

Automatic Provisioning

Upon creating your account, Power Prompt automatically configures your personal environment so you can begin working immediately.

The following elements are created automatically:

  • Your personal workspace.
  • Your default usage parameters.
  • The required permissions to use the platform.

No additional technical or administrative configuration is needed.

Creating Your Account

To create a personal account:

  1. Navigate to the Power Prompt registration page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Set a password compliant with the platform security requirements.
  4. Validate your email address using the activation link received.
  5. Complete your user profile.
  6. Sign in to the platform.

Following your initial sign-in, you are directly redirected to your personal workspace.

What You Can Do with Your Personal Workspace

Your personal workspace enables you to:

Create and Organise Your Prompts

  • Draft prompts in Markdown.
  • Organise your content using categories and tags.
  • Quickly search for prompts and templates.

Use Simple Prompts and Parameterized Prompts

  • Create simple prompts ready for immediate execution in your personal library.
  • Create parameterized prompts (prompt templates) incorporating dynamic variables to standardise and reuse your best practices.

Refine Your Prompts

  • Use the Improve feature to optimise the wording, structure, and quality of your prompts.
  • Estimate token consumption prior to execution.

Test Your Prompts

  • Configure your own artificial intelligence providers.
  • Execute prompts directly from Power Prompt.
  • Compare outputs across multiple compatible AI models.

Manage Versions

  • Maintain a full change history.
  • Visually compare different versions.
  • Restore a previous version whenever necessary.

Capitalise on Your Knowledge

  • Progressively build your personal library of AI knowledge and best practices.
  • Readily reuse top-performing prompts in your daily activities.

Upgrading to Team and Enterprise Plans

As your requirements expand, you can upgrade to a Team or Enterprise plan to access additional capabilities such as:

  • Cross-team content sharing.
  • Centralised user and access management.
  • Platform governance features.
  • Advanced dashboards and analytics.
  • Security and audit policies.

All of your prompts, templates, categories, and settings are preserved during the plan transition.
