Team and Enterprise Onboarding

Initial onboarding for a Team or Enterprise plan establishes the foundation of a governed collaborative environment: inviting collaborators, provisioning workspaces, configuring AI model provider connections, and assigning operational permissions.

The 6-Step Onboarding Roadmap

Step 1: Invite the First Members

Following the subscription to a Team or Enterprise plan, the designated lead receives an invitation allowing them to activate their organisation and access the platform.

At this stage, they can configure the organisation by creating teams and inviting the first members by email.

Each user receives an invitation email enabling them to activate their account and complete their profile.

Step 2: Create Your Workspaces

Workspaces represent the primary unit of collaboration in Power Prompt.

Create one or more workspaces tailored to your organisation:

  • Marketing
  • Product
  • Customer Support
  • Human Resources
  • IT & Innovation
  • Cross-functional projects

Each workspace has its own members and dedicated content.

Step 3: Organise Teams and Access Rights

Assign appropriate roles and permissions to users.

Depending on your subscription tier, you can create multiple teams for access management.

Step 4: Configure AI Providers

Connect the artificial intelligence providers used by your organisation.

Power Prompt supports multiple model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and many other compatible providers in on-premise deployments.

Configure the required API keys and validate connections before making workspaces available to users.

Step 5: Structure Your Content

Before officially opening the platform to teams, define:

  • Classification categories.
  • Naming conventions.
  • Prompt and reference template libraries.
  • Governance and validation rules.

This step facilitates the capitalisation and reuse of AI knowledge across the organisation.

Step 6: Launch Adoption

Once configuration is complete:

  • Inform users of the platform launch.
  • Share initial best practices.
  • Publish reference prompt templates.
  • Encourage teams to centralise their knowledge within Power Prompt.
