Key Platform Concepts

1. Organisation

An organisation represents a company, corporate entity, or client tenant within Power Prompt. It encompasses all teams, workspaces, and users within that tenant.

2. Team

A team gathers members working on a shared operational scope (business department, functional unit, cross-functional project, or AI Centre of Excellence). Each team can be linked to one or more workspaces.

• Examples: Teams: Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Human Resources.

3. Workspace

A workspace is the collaborative environment in which users and teams create, organise, test, share, and govern their AI assets.

Each workspace forms an independent collaboration perimeter and specifically contains:

• Prompt libraries.
• Classification categories.
• Members, roles, and access permissions.
• Telemetry dashboards and usage metrics.

A workspace enables the structuring of team or organisational AI knowledge whilst ensuring security, collaboration, and operational activity traceability.

4. Prompt

A prompt is an instruction or set of structured directives designed to be executed by a generative artificial intelligence model.

Within Power Prompt, a prompt can specifically include:

• A title and description.
• Content authored in Markdown.
• Dynamic input variables and parameters.
• Up to four classification tags.
• A business or functional category.
• Contextual comments and collaborative discussion threads.
• A comprehensive history of versions and modifications.
• One or more recommended AI models.
• Execution parameters (temperature, maximum response length, etc.).
• Utilisation and performance metrics.
• User evaluations and feedback ratings.

5. Prompt Typology and Templates

Power Prompt distinguishes two primary types of prompts:

Simple Prompt

A simple prompt is composed exclusively of static content ready for immediate execution, requiring no additional input.

Simple prompts are particularly suited to one-off requests, direct instructions, and recurring queries without dynamic parameters.

Parameterized Prompt (Prompt Template)

A parameterized prompt (or prompt template) contains a fixed structure and one or more dynamic variables enclosed in double curly braces {{...}}.

Example:

Upon execution, Power Prompt automatically generates an interactive input form prompting the user to supply values for each variable, tailoring the prompt without modifying the underlying reference template.
